Rescue Rates & Payment Policy

Please call our office at (908) 273-2200 for rescue rates.
You must be a registered nonprofit rescue to qualify.

If your pet is receiving a procedure under a rescue, you must verify with the rescue prior to scheduling that they are responsible for payment.

Important Payment Information

Rescues do not cover the following:

E-collars (cones)
Follow-up bloodwork for heartworm-positive dogs
Follow-up appointments
Microchips
Vaccines
Medications

Payment is due at the time of service. You are responsible for all fees at pickup.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment.

Rescue rates are offered as a courtesy to give back to the community. We do not work for any specific rescue organization.

If you are a foster and require paperwork, you must obtain it directly from the rescue. We do not provide medical records to fosters. No exceptions.

Any client who is rude or demeaning to our staff will not be welcomed back to the practice.

Surgery & Dental Drop-Off Times

Thursday: Drop-off at 7:30 AM
Friday: Drop-off at 8:00 AM

We will call you when your pet is out of surgery and provide a pickup time.
There is no guarantee regarding the exact surgery time or discharge time.

Pre-Surgical Instructions

No food or water after midnight the night before surgery.

During Your Pet’s Stay

All pets are walked and closely monitored while in our care.
