If an appointment is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a $99.00 fee will be billed to your account. To reschedule or cancel, you must call us directly at (908) 273-2200 — cancelling through PetDesk will still be charged.
A 3.99% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. Paying by cash, CareCredit or check avoids this fee.
